Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Should you have any concern with the purchased items, we will happily exchange the item or refund the purchase price to the original form of payment, aside from cash, within 10 days upon receipt of shipment. We consider receipt of shipment based on the shipping carrier’s delivered date.
- All items for returns and exchanges must be unused, unopened and in new condition and include the original receipt or other valid proof of purchase. Opened products are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping fees.
- Everyday E-Mall will need to inspect the returned/exchanged items before issuing a refund.
- We do not accept returns & exchanges for international orders. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Instruction of Return by Mail:
- Go to “My Account” and find the order that you want to return & click “Return Items?”
- Select the Quantity to Return, Return Reason and Return Action and then submit the return request. You will receive an email confirmation about your return request.
- In your return package, please also include the order receipt and the package tracking number for faster return processing. Please mail the return to the following address:
